Work was done quickly and properly, on short notice from me before a holiday weekend. Terrible shaking when the brakes were applied is gone now. We have had 4 cars serviced here about 20 times over the last 5-6 years. Everything from minor body hardware repair to engine replacement and in each case we've been completely satisfied. Instead of trying to sell a restoration of the car to factory new specs, they focus on reliability and safety issues and recommend repairs on that basis. A couple of times they have declined to do work I asked for after they determined it was not needed, or not needed YET. They're always happy to explain things when I have questions. I have complete confidence in Paul and his crew.

They always clean the bead area of the rim very well. No leaks!

I haven't had any problems so far. They were very good. They were prompt, they gave me a ride and picked me up with out an issues.

I called in the morning and asked if they could get me in. Brought my SUV and they gave me a free loaner. They had diagnosed the problem before I even got back home. They were able to get parts and get SUV back in working order before they closed at 6 pm.

I made the assumption that all my brakes and rotors would need to be replaced - but they called back and said only the rear brake drums needed the major work and the front rotors could be machined. That sums up my experience every time I've had my car over there. I've seen opportunities for them to charge me more and they don't do that. They look out for the customer and make sure they always have the best value.

They do good work. I think he's very honest and he won't try to sell you service that you don't need.

My husband's car wouldn't start. We called that morning, had it towed in, and they did the work right away with no appointment. Paul checked the charging system and then replaced the battery.

I have used this company for the last six years. I consider them honest. I can't say enough good things about them. I have used them for a variety of services.

I called to make an appointment the day before I desired the work, and they made room for me, even moving me up the line so I could pick the car during lunch. Paul is the only mechanic I will allow to work on my car. I bought my Olds Alero new five years ago and from the start he was straight with me on what my car needed and when it needed it. His prices are reasonable and I've always felt he was straightforward with me. This check up was in line with the manual mileage recommendations. The manual also recommended the air filter be changed, but Paul said I didn't need it. They had just changed the battery early this summer, but checked it just to be safe and found it faulty. I hadn't experienced any trouble with the battery, but I'm glad they checked!
