 + -1 moreSERVICEMAN CAME OUT TO LOOK AT CRACK AND WORN OFF LEATHER. THE COMPANY REFUSED TO REPAIR. WE HAD A SERVICE CONTRACT WITH THE COMPANY SINCE WE PURCHASED THE CHAIR THROUGH THEM.
