Took the knives in at 12PM on a Thursday and the knives were done being sharpened the next day. Knives would not cut a tomato before because they were so dull, now you can easily cut anything after being sharpened.

I had a terrible experience. The clippers had to be cleaned and lead sharpened. It came back and it still had hair on it. I am not sure if they had touched it. My daughter grooms dogs and had to bring several of her clipper blades back in when she went to do her grooming job. She was lucky enough to have one of the sets that she brought in that would clip hair. They didn't offer us any compensation or anything. They just said "well, you know, that happens. Our machine was kind of needed to be retooled" or something.
