STUART WAS COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL, VERY THOROUGH AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. WE FELT REASSURED THAT WE WERE BUYING A HOME THAT WOULDN'T GIVE US TROUBLE, AND IT HASN'T. HE KNEW THE BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS AND CITED SHORTCOMINGS THAT WERE CONFIRMED BY THE TRUTH IN LENDING REPORT. HE WAS EFFICIENT AND GAVE US A DISCOUNT BECAUSE WE DIDN'T NEED TO HAVE A WRITTEN REPORT. OTHERWISE, WE ASSUME IT WOULD HAVE COST MORE. WE WILL USE HIM AGAIN IF THE OPPORTUNITY EVER COMES UP.
