PAT ARRIVED PROMPTLY FOR APPOINTMENTS. HE CAME FIRST TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE AND WASN'T RUSHED BUT PUT A LOT OF THOUGHT INTO A SOLUTION TO OUR WATER PROBLEM. HE CAME A SECOND TIME TO ANSWER QUESTIONS AND WE HAD SOME ADDITIONAL REQUESTS. WHEN THE WORK WAS DONE HE WORKED FOR TWO HALF DAYS WITH A HELPER. THE JOB WAS VERY WELL DONE AND NEITHER ONE WAS BOTHERED BY OUR INTEREST IN WATCHING THE WORK BEING DONE OR OUR MAKING INQUIRIES ABOUT THE WORK. THE PUMP WAS TESTED A COUPLE TIMES UPON COMPLETION AND WORKED GREAT. THE JOBSITE WAS LEFT VERY CLEAN-GARBAGE CLEANED UP AND THE DECK HOSED OFF.
