ANYONE WHO WANTS A SMOOTH AND EXPEDITIOUS REFINANCING EXPERIENCE SHOULD GIVE A CALL TO TOM FLECK AT MORTGAGE SOURCE. EVERYTHING JUST ZIPPED RIGHT ALONG AND WE CLOSED WITHIN 30 DAYS (!) OF OUR APPLICATION. TOM AND HIS ASSISTANT, DANA, ARE REAL PROS AT THIS AND IT SHOWS. THEY''RE A BROKER WITH LOTS OF FINANCING OPTIONS AND I''D SAY BOTH THEIR RATES AND FEES ARE HIGHLY COMPETITIVE WITH OTHERS IN THIS MARKET. I TRACKED TOM DOWN AT MORTGAGE SOURCE AFTER A GREAT REFINANCING EXPERIENCE WITH HIM SEVERAL YEARS AGO WHEN HE WAS WITH ANOTHER FIRM. I''D CERTAINLY GO TO HIM AGAIN WITH ANY FUTURE MORTGAGE-RELATED NEEDS.
