 + -1 moreMIKE IS VERY RELIABLE. HE SHOWS UP RIGHT ON TIME. HE IS VERY IMMACULATE AND CLEANS UP AFTER HE COMPLETES THE JOB. HE CHARGES $45 A HOUR. HE DOES NOT MIND IF YOU OBSERVE WHILE HE WORKS. HE IS VERY PERSONABLE AND EASY TO TALK WITH. I HAVE CALLED HIM ON THE PHONE TO ASK HIM ABOUT HOME IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS. HE DOES NOT CHARGE ANYTHING FOR THE PHONE CALLS. HE IS CAREFUL WITH HIS WORK AND MAKES SURE THAT HE DOES THE JOB RIGHT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM FOR ANY HOME IMPROVEMENT JOB.
Description of Work: MIKE REPAIRED SOFFIT OVER THE REFRIGERATOR, MUD DEFECTS ON THE WALLS AND CORRECTED A WIRING PROBLEM.
