My mother is very happy with their service. They show up nice and early to get the job done. They do the front and back steps, the sidewalks, clearing for recycling and garbage bins and also clear a nice wide path from the back door to the gate/garage.
I have seen the work myself, and it really very well done!
There was no follow up after purchasing the deal on November 11, 2015. After receiving an email from Angie's List on November 16 asking whether I had heard from the company I responded no. On the 18th I called the company and spoke with Chris who said he'd come by the house the following day and drop off flags so I could plant them in the ground so they wouldn't run over the sprinkler heads. When I returned home from work on the 18th, there were no flags left and Chris didn't call me the following morning as promised either. Finally, after calling twice today(November 23rd) and leaving a voicemail in the morning, my latest call went straight to voicemail and the voicemail box was full so I couldn't leave another message.
I want my time and money back.
