It went great. The representatives were fantastic. The process was very smooth. Our puppy has figured out how to wiggle from the front to back yard and escaped once or twice but with some adjustments - which Hidden Fence explained how to do - we were back in action. I would recommend this company and hire them again.

They were punctual and professional. They were good about showing me what I needed to do.

When they arrived, my existing invisible fencing from a previous dog was functioning just fine.  They cut the existing wire and destroyed what was there.  They made a new smaller loop around just the back yard.  When the trainer came, she told me that there was no need to do that - they could have pinched the loop in so I would have a large loop around property, and smaller around just the patio.  I called to request this.  The guy who came claimed that my original wire was "all chopped up".  Uh, it was working just fine before the first guys came.  He called me a liar and refused to fix the problem.  I told them to cancel the whole order.  Even though I returned all of the equipment, they refused to refund the $1200 original charge.  They gave $800 back, saying there were charges for labor and wire recycling.  YOU CUT MY WIRE AND DESTROYED MY SYSTEM!  These people are dishonest, I would never recommend them to anyone.

When the installer came out, he first had me walk the entire boundary of our yard with him so he knew exactly where to install the wire.  We have a hill in the back yard with a lot of trees and brush and he was able to quickly figure out how to work around that while still allowing a large area for our dog to roam.  He got right to work and was done within about 2 hours and marked the wire with flags.  While the installer was getting his equipment ready to start installing, the trainer, Jennifer, called me to set up the first three appointments.  My work is very close to home, so we were able to quickly and easily set those up around the middle of the day.  The salesperson told us that if we needed to do the training in the evening, it might be a little more difficult.  When the trainer came out for the first visit, I could tell she was someone that truly enjoyed working with dogs rather than someone who just had a job to do.  She was able to incorporate playing fetch at the same time she was training, so our dog was excited for the training.  He also enjoyed the many treats she gave him as rewards.  She trained him to avoid the wire instead of waiting for the shock that would happen if he crossed it.  To sum up, the entire experience, the salesperson, the installer and the trainer were all very professional and friendly.  I would definitely use them again.

.In general, it went well - my only gripes a nit-picky little things like I would have liked to have had the underground wiring place a bit more cleanly around the edge of the property (the installer may not have had a choice in some places, but it kind of weaves a bit versus being a clean, straight "fence" line) and we had a bit of miscommunication with the trainer.  The Installer showed up on time, was efficient in getting the wiring installed, took the time to walk us through what he'd done and showed us how the system hardware worked. The trainer - once we got the miscommunication piece sorted out - did a very nice job working with our dog (he took to her immediately) and she spent a reasonable amount of time with us explaining the training and what we needed to do for follow-up. When it was all said and done, the system works really well, our lab "gets it" and it's meeting the needs we had for keeping him safe in our yard.

Installation and training were professionally carried out. My dog has enjoyed being able to safely run free in the yard and watch over the neighborhood for over 10 years without the maintenance of a wood fence (chain link is not allowed by my neighborhood association). I have enjoyed being able to let him out without always going out with him in addition to his twice a day walks. The system has lightening surge protection and a battery back up which has proven itself during the recent storms and power outages. The Invisible Fence sign on my mailbox post serves as an alert that I have a dog. We did have to mark where the fence runs for work in the yard (lawn aeration) and when the house siding was redone. The system has been an excellent investment with the only ongoing cost being the battery plan for the collar.

would tell you the product "Invisible fence" works great the company has thus far been great about collars and batteries only reason i cant give them all "A's" was the trainer.

When I look back on the experience I think our dog learned quicker then I did. He is a happy boy! And so are we. Max truly enjoyed his training and looked forward to it. The trainer was superior and was so kind and understanding and gentle.

The experience was extremely positive and professional. They stand behind their products. I know if I have a problem with anything I know that I can call them and it will be fixed without any additional cost to me. The containment has been successful and I have been very happy with it. The trainer was great and the training was a very important part of it. They were certainly not the cheapest option. It is a higher price but the value is worth it. They subcontracted out the installment. I would certainly use them again.

Everything was done very well.  The installation is completely invisible.  I have noticed other yards where a path must be cut through the driveway in order to cover the whole yard.  This installer was able to work between the seem of our driveway and street.  As a result, there is nothing visible anywhere.  The trainer that came one day each of the next two weeks was extremely helpful.  She was genuine about "what can I do to help?" and customized the training for our dog.  In only two weeks the entire system is working very well.

Excellent - technicians arrived on time and identified invisible fence integrity and repaired areas which needed attention.  Since this occurred in the winter - we were told that the technicians would return in the spring to bury the repaired wires.  We are now anticipating the completion of the work begun in January.  Hopefully, this will be initiated by Invisible Fence, otherwise a reminder phone call will result. Excellent training by Jennifer!  Our Border Collie was trained well in the 3 sessions, with owner training supplementing several times daily - playing in the yard, establishing boundaries - we are very pleased with the results.  Jennifer was the trainer for our previous dog 10 years ago, when the Invisible Fence was originally installed.  We are satisfied customers with both of our experiences with Invisible Fence.

They did a great job and we have been very satisfied with their services. The price included installation, a year of battery plan, 5 training visits for the dog, and life time warranty. They have been very good with repeated service for their battery plan. They also offer a discounts if you recommend them to someone else.

We have three dogs so it was more expensive. You can buy a package to work with their trainers for five days or you can do most of it on your own but I would get the training packaging because they do a fabulous job training the dogs and they are really good. The Invisible Fence brand is the only one approved by the ASPCA; there are other brands that are inferior. When we got a new dog we purchased sessions to train the new dog.

The installation of the fence went just fine. They gave us a two hour window to be home for installation and arrived and completed the installation on time. Training was more difficult to schedule conveniently because they were so busy, but we completed the lessons during week 2. Jennifer was a great trainer with good rapport and a lot of patience and enthusiasm working with our dog. My only complaint was the installer only had black collars and we have a black dog which would make it very difficult to verify collar on and off. Jennifer brought a much better selection and we were able to get a nice sturdy, bright pink collar for Bailey. They offer a nice referral reward (free batteries for one year), so be ready with your referral contact information.

Because it was winter when they first installed the fence they just tacked it down, then they came back in the spring, for no additional charge to bury the wire. The trainer came for five days and trained my dog how to stay in the fence. I followed the training, and my dog has stayed in the fence, except for two times that were partly my mistake. She's very careful about not going too near the boundaries. It's nice to have a "fence" that covers both the front and back yard so my dog has more space to play, and it's much more affordable than a wood fence that I had been considering as possibility. The boundary for the dog is three feet inside where they bury the wire, so you'll have a smaller area than your actual yard, unless your neighbors let you place the wire on their property.

Overall, the service was fine. They are not inexpensive, but I did not do much price comparison before choosing them.

He was very nice. He was very professional. He seemed to know what he was talking about. I was pleased that the pet training was a part of the process. As this gentleman pointed out, the trick is really in the training - you want the dog to be respectful of the boundary but not scared to death. I thought that the price was too much. We didn't know what to expect, but it seemed very high.
