CHAD STAMPS, DESIGNER, ASSISTED ME THROUGH A DIFFICULT PROJECT. THE SMALL BATHROOM HAD 2 LAYERS OF TILE ON THE WALLS, AND WAS UNUSABLE DUE TO A PLUMBING PROBLEM THAT COULDN'T BE CORRECTED WITHOUT DEMOLITION. THE JOB NEEDED TO BE DONE ON SHORT NOTICE IN ORDER TO BE USABLE BEFORE I MOVED INTO THE HOUSE. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW GREAT IT WAS TO HAVE CHAD HELP PICK OUT FIXTURES THAT I LOVED AND WOULD ACTUALLY FIT THE SMALL BATHROOM. THERE WERE 2 BROKEN PIECES ON THE FIXTURES - ONE CAUSED BY THE PLUMBER AND ONE ARRIVED BROKEN. THIS WAS A BIT FRUSTRATING SINCE IT MEANT THINGS HAD TO BE REORDERED AND THE JOB STRETCHED SEVERAL WEEKS LONGER THAN I EXPECTED. ALSO, THE COMPANY WAS USING A NEW PLUMBER AND SOME OF HIS WORK HAD TO BE REDONE. MY IMPRESSION WAS THAT HE WAS NEWER TO THE PLUMBING FIELD. OWNERS LISTENED TO MY CONCERNS ABOUT PLUMBING AND FIXED TO MY SATISFACTION. I HAVE RECEIVED A LOT OF COMPLIMENTS ON THE BATHROOM - THE TILE JOB IS BEAUTIFUL!
