ALTHOUGH SHEILA AND JEFF WERE NOT UNFRIENDLY, THEIR WORKER INCORRECTLY INSTALLED THE WINDOWS SUCH THAT WATER WAS LEAKING INTO THE WALLS OF THE PORCH. BY THE TIME I FIGURED OUT THE PROBLEM, JEFF AND SHEILA HAD LEFT THE COMPANY. FORTUNATELY, GREGG SCHMIDT, ANOTHER 4-SEASONS CONTACT FIXED THE PROBLEM AND DID VERY GOOD WORK.

JEFF AND SHEILA STROHMAN, WHO OWN PART OF THE COMPANY, ARE EXTREMELY COMPETENT IN DEALING WITH INSURANCE CLAIMS. THE ENTIRE RE-ROOF EXPERIENCE WAS ALMOST STRESS-FREE. WE WERE NOT AS CONCERNED WITH PRICE BECAUSE OUR INSURANCE COMPANY COVERED THE COST.
