Matt came out to my house and took a lot of time to educate me as well as fix the problems with my computer. He ended up taking the computer with him to his shop and then he came back and showed me everything. Since then, if anything comes up, I just call him and he walks me through it over the phone for no charge. He takes his time and explains things to me and I appreciate that. The price is per hour. I have no prices to compare to give a price rating. He returns calls quickly and shows up right on time. If he is going to be late, he calls ahead.
