UNSATISFACTORY. DEAN MADE A NUMBER OF PROMISES THAT HE DID NOT KEEP. HE DID NOT SHOW UP FOR WEEKLY SERVICE UNLESS WE CALLED AND REMINDED HIM AND THEN HE DID NOT PERFORM ALL THE SERVICES WE PAID HIM TO DO. I DID NOT FEEL HE WAS AT ALL CAREFUL WHEN HE INSTALLED THE SOD AND LANDSCAPERS/IRRIGATION SUBS HAD TO DO REPAIR WORK AFTER HE LEFT. WE HAD TREE WORK DONE ON A TREE HEAVILY COMPACTED AFTER CONSTRUCTION. WE ASKED HIM NOT TO RUN THE HEAVY EQUIPMENT OVER THAT AREA. HE DID ANYWAY. OVERALL, WE WERE MOST UNHAPPY WITH THE ATTITUDE DISPLAYED WHEN WE ASKED HIM TO MAKE GOOD ON HIS COMMITMENTS.

THE MOST IMPRESSIVE THING TO ME IS HIS HONESTY. WHILE WE WERE OUT OF TOWN HIS MOWER KICKED UP GRAVEL AND SHATTERED THE EXTERIOR PANE OF THE FRONT PICTURE WINDOW. EVEN THOUGH IT MAY HAVE BEEN EASY TO WALK AWAY FROM, HE TOOK FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT.
