Called and made appointment for him to show up. Never did. Apparently he needed a response to a conformation call which he left at my work number while I was I home waiting for him. This Conformation call was never mentioned while I was making the Appointment. I wasted my morning waiting for him because he never communicated his process.

WE HIRED THEM BACK TWICE AFTER OUR FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH THEM -- THAT SPEAKS FOR ITSELF! THEY ARE RESPONSIVE AND THEY KNOW THEIR STUFF AND EXPLAIN IT TO THE HOMEOWNER. I RECOMMEND THEM WITHOUT ANY RESERVATIONS! (OTHER TWO JOBS WERE $600 EACH.)
