They explained everything about how the system worked, its approximate age, etc. They gave me options and pricing on repairing the electric motor unit, replacing the entire mechanical unit, or replacing the whole system and tank.  There was not pressure or pushing toward one option. They explained availability of parts for the old system, and the advantages of the metering system in using less salt. They even told me that the existing system was too large for the property if I decided to go with a new system. I decided to install a new system. They were very neat and clean, and disposed of all the old softener, tank, and parts. New system looks great and works beautifully.  I have a very happy tenant. I have never used them before, but would call them again should the need arise. I originally got there name from from a friend of mine in the repair business who has known them for years.
