I had an appointment for installation at 12 noon. The hitch installer employee did not show up and they were not able to reach him. I had one previous bad experience with them and thought I would give them one more chance. Several months ago I hired them to put a trailer hitch on my Chrysler 300. 1st appointment the found out they had order the wrong hitch. Rescheduled - 2nd appointment they had the right hitch box but the wrong hitch in the box. Reschedule - third appointment they got it right. I should have never given them another chance on my Tausus. I told them no second chances on the Taurus. I am through doing any business with them and I certainly do not recommend them for this type of install.

Fast and easy! We needed a hitch just to attach a new bike rack to the minivan. They helped figure out the best one for my needs and installed in in a few hours.

Booked a U-Haul truck in Hopkins but received a call two days before the pick-up date alerting me that they didn't have a truck available and that my rental will now be with Bauers in Minnetonka, It wasn't that much further drive to pick up. Truck was ready when they opened. The guy at the service counter walked me through the rental agreement and even gave me a deal if I brought the truck back early (Saved me $50). Didn't pressure me into buying insurance. He made sure all my questions were answered before giving me the key to the truck. The rental truck was spotless clean and was shown how to use the mirrors and pull-out ramp in back.Arrived back to the store after-hours and dropped off keys in the overnight lock-box. Overall very satisfied and will use them again.

I brought the trailer in on the weekend, they had it all done in a couple of days. They did an excellent job with the repair and explained everything they did and why. Great work and exceptional customer service. Very happy with the result.
