Can't say enough about this place! We are on our third child so we have done a decent amount of children's furniture shopping. We are just sorry that we didn't discover them sooner. They are a longtime fixture in St. Paul but just expanded to Hopkins. We've never had such a good experience. They were professional, helpful in an unobtrusive way, and are quite obviously experts in the industry for both the brands they do and don't carry. After months of trying to find the right items and having other bad experiences, we nearly fell over ourselves trying to get back to this store after our first visit. One of the owners took the time to go over all of the options for what we needed, explained the history of the brands we already had for the other kids related to woods, durability, quality etc. Was honest about what he had that would and would not work for us. They even honored a lower price on the bed (without us asking) because an old price was listed in a brochure that he pulled out from behind the counter to show us the options. The price wasn't posted, but since he knew I saw it he volunteered to honor it even though the price had legitimately gone up a couple of months earlier. Unbelievable. As our family is complete, I want to make sure that others with kids - or kids on the way - know about this place and reward them for exceptional customer service and great quality. We were also looking for fabric to redo a rocker/glider we bought years ago at another store. It's too long a story to tell here, but our salesperson/the owner made sure we got out of there with fabric samples when it looked like it wouldn't work at first. We casually mentioned that we were looking for an inexpensive mirror, and one of the other sales associates started pulling up websites and even invited us to come to the other store and check through their basement for older frames that could be refurbished. These folks are fantastic. Not quite enough to make us have another baby, but close!!
