Carpet Installation
THEY ASK A LOT OF QUESTIONS ABOUT WHAT YOU NEED AND WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO WITH THE ROOM, (IE DO YOU HAVE PETS, KIDS ETC.) THEY PROBE AND EXPLAIN WHY THEY ARE ASKING QUESTIONS WHICH MADE ME THINK ABOUT WHAT I WAS GOING TO DO WITH MY ROOM. THEY HAVE THEIR OWN INSTALLERS, SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO USE SUBCONTRACTORS. THEY GIVE YOU THAT PERSONAL TOUCH.

THERE WERE A COUPLE OF PROBLEMS WITH THE ORDER BUT THEY WORKED HARD TO MAKE IT RIGHT AND WE ARE HAPPY WITH THE FINAL PRODUCT AND INSTALLATION.
