Refuses to pay his debts then blocks you from contacting him. Will be filing in court.

Untimely service. After numerous complaints I asked for my money back. Chris Gara said he would refund me but he never did. When I threatened BBB complaints and small claims court he said “perfect”. Do not use this guy. He is a rip off
