I contacted Joshua Parks about getting him to finish a project that was started by myself and my wife.  The job that he and his crew did was outstanding.  He and his crew were professional, hard working, and dedicated to the task at hand.  I would use Joshua's services again if I needed something done to the house in the future.  The only complaint I have is Joshua's response to phone calls.  I contacted him approximately late September/early October and I would leave him messages that would not get a response back from him for 2 to 3 days and a couple of those phone calls were up to a week before he would get back to me.  I understand that he was busy, but a prompt phone call back to a client on when the project would be started  would be appreciated, that is why I graded him so badly on "Responsiveness" which is why he got what he did for an overall grade.  Other than the one issue, he and his crew were commendable and I would use them again if I need any more construction work done.

We got two estimates to do the work that needed to be done. Joshua's estimate was lower so we hired him. Joshua reshingled a shed, caulked the house siding, ordered and installed a patio door, and built a deck. The one thing that we were really impressed with was Joshua's communication with us. He would call to let us know what they planned to get done that day, if they were going to be late, or if they weren't going to show because of the weather. He did excellent work and exceeded our expectations.

Make sure you get a solid estimate.  He said it was a range of about $200.00 but I wanted something very specific.
It turned out to be $5.00 a square foot.

Joshua and company did a great job on my bathroom.  Remodel of a 1970's home.  I'm sure it wasn't easy in the small space.  Definitely use him again.
