KNOBLOCH CONSTRUCTION

We live on an acreage on the top of a bluff. In late winter we had a lot of cement board siding get blown off our house on the west side. (We would later learn from Tim Knoblach that it wasn't installed correctly which lead to the failure) We were planning on replacing the windows on that side of the house, so we took this opportunity to have it all done at once. We had a couple of other contractors come over and give us estimates and they were all in the same ballpark, but Tim was the only one who took the time to explain what he was going to do. He also took the time to look at the siding that had came off to determine why it had came off to begin with. Tim and his partner Dave did an excellent job with all aspects of the job. Our house is 3 stories tall on the west side, so they had to erect a lot of scaffolding to reach everything. They even hand nailed all the siding to ensure the nails went into the studs, and not just loosely into the sheathing like it had been before. They also did an excellent job replacing all the windows, and caulking everything afterwards. Overall they did a great job and I would highly recommend them.
