Real Estate Service
Perralla & Assoc didn't charge us anything. We really had a great time. We dealt with a lady called Marcy and she was wonderful. The one negative is that and I have seen that in a lot of different realtors, they don't look at the listings they have and say that they have all these listing so lets go and have a look, so we had to go and look at the listings and told them that we should go see them. They told us to go and look at listing websites and this could become a problem for people who don't have internet or who don't know how to use the internet. The home owner wanted to jack the price up and we wanted to walk away but Marcy and another agent paid USD 500 from their pockets, she is very honest and conscientious. My sister had used another agent at Perralla a few years ago and she did not have a good experience, but we had a very good experience with them.
