Description of Work: They redid the roof on my garage which had visible holes along the sides when given the estimate they told me there would be no additional costs unless they found more rotting wood further up, when the contractor started they called and told me there would be an additional 350 dollars when I asked the contractor where the additional rotting wood was he said there wasn't any just along the sides. The contractor took almost a week to complete the job when I was told 2 -3 days which wouldn't of been a big deal except for I was in my computer room facing the garage and watched the contractor sit around ALOT. To be fair when I spoke with Lowes they refunded the additional labor costs on the hole issue but still charged me for materials that should if been in the original est. Seriously if you have holes and discuss them with person giving the est to the extent I did well just get everything spelled out, every detail..I went Lowes because they are a big company and thought less hassle, not the case and by the way not very gracious when I complained
