Our shingles were replace in June and while replacing the shingles the crew completed 30,000 in damage to the siding and violated multiple codes which was verified by two separate inspectors. we were told prior multiple times they would not subcontract but did in fact subcontract. Has not replaced damaged siding or replaced shingles which were not proper placed.

Our siding job was bid/arranged by Mike Grindahl and completed under the direction of Barry Bjorklund. Barry's crew are skilled craftsmen! They were attentive to our needs/questions. The foreman Brent, Cody and Mitch's work can only be described as "top notch" We are very pleased. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

work has not been performed yet.The house and garage were both done in 2 and 1/2 days.The roof looks good the yard is all picked up they have a trailer and some leftover supplies that they will get tomorrow including the dumpster.The crew worked hard, answered questions, were polite and respectful of my property doing an excellent job.I had one other estimate from another area roofer who was $800.00 cheaper however he hadn't included enough shingles or any roof cap for the house or garage causing the price difference.

The work was outstanding from start to finish:

The initial estimate was for exactly for the work I had asked for (scope of work) and with optional item (tapered foam system) listed seperate. The other three estimates I recevied did not do this and would have cost more.

They did the work on the scheduled date and in the time frame that had been agreed on.

The finished job was exactly what I wanted. The workmanship was excellent, the scope of work matched the estimate, no hidden costs, and the entire work area was actually cleaner than when they started.

We called Peak Roofing about a leak in one of the small roofs of our house, their response was very quick and professional.

Leak repaired, we asked for a bid on redoing our entire roof. They came, inspected the roofs, and told us that only the main roof needed replacement. Our house is 117 years old and in need of some eave repair. They did it all. And very well too! The guys anwho worked on our house were great. They removed the old roofing, replaced some wood, straightend out the eaves, and installed new roofing. My wife and I are very pleased with their work. The also did a great job cleaning up.

I had a nasty leak in my roof and had a terrible time finding a roofer in Duluth who would even return my calls. Peak not only answered their phone, but put me immediately in touch with a roofer to take care of me.

He came to my house and estimated the job without requiring me to be there (a big plus), then confirmed the estimate via phone. Once I gave the OK the work was completed quickly and ahead of schedule. I can only assess the work from the inside, but the leak is fixed and everything is dry as a bone.

My only complaint, and it's a pretty small one, is that the roofer who did the work did not immediately call me to let me know the job was done.

All in all an excellent experience.

We have had a small leak on another part of the house and they came right out and fixed it for us when it was pouring rain. We checked other places and no one else would come so we were really pleased that they came. It was because of that and their favorable reports on Angie's List that persuaded us to use them for the roof replacement. They have done a great job so far. They will finish the job in the next day or two depending on the weather. They've been very professional, polite and worked very hard. The price was right in line with other estimates we had so we were very happy. They've done a great job and we're very pleased, we would definitely recommend them.

Very pleased with every aspect of the roofing job.
