Lawn Service
We are homeowners in a housing complex and a part of our association dues go towards paying this company to mow all of the properties. We are not extremely happy with them, but we do have a contract with them, so, they don't listen. I think their prices are lower than competitive, which goes to show you get what you pay for. Their responsiveness is not bad. When this year's contract is over, I'm sure there will be more discussion about this.
