Excellent service and fine work. Removed broken blind from my window the same day I called for service. Thoughtfully called the next day to update that parts would need to be ordered, taking a week, upon which blind would be fixed and re-installed in my home. One week later I received a call as promised and Joe Kunkel was out to re-install the next morning. He is an example of what one wishes for when faced with a home maintenance project. Attention to detail, very skilled, punctual and kind.
