We hired Bruce to perform a home inspection on a pending offer of a Hastings home, and he far exceeded our expectations.  He was thorough, honest, informative, and, to our delight, funny. He encouraged us to walk through the home with him, and he thoughtfully answered every question we had. And one of us had A LOT of questions. It was clear that he truly wanted us to be knowledgable home buyers and owners.  I can't imagine a better home inspection experience.

Bruce was very thorough and spent as much time as I needed to understand what he was explaining.  He was on-time, professional and I felt confidence in his knowledge of the inspection.  He explained how things worked and why they were potentially not working properly in the home he was inspecting for me.  He performed more than expected for the money and I would gladly pay it again.  He said I could call or email with any questions after the inspection was over in which I did email a question and he responded immediately.  Bruce is a great resource to the Hastings community and I will recommend him to everyone I know.

The home inspection went incredibly well. Bruce's thorough inspection allowed me to have complete knowledge and understanding about the home. I now understand what issues are present, and how to remedy them. Bruce was  patient, answered all of my questions and made certain that I understood everything that he was doing and finding.
