I contacted Spiral Fence because I had heard great things about their work from a friend. Chad responded very quickly to my inquiry with every detail I needed. Once I finally made up my mind on the style and gathered my deposit together, I called him again with the green light.
This project was smooth sailing from start to finish! Chad ALWAYS made sure to keep me informed of the timeline and the project status. I NEVER had to contact him for more information--he was ALWAYS 5 steps ahead of my needs.
As cliche' as it sounds, I really did feel like I was his only customer. I swear he must work 20 hours out of every day to be this responsive and thorough. I've never met a contractor like him before. I really think EVERYTHING matters to him and his crew: quality, responsiveness and professionalism. They cleaned up every tiny piece of lumber they cut up and I even saw one of the crew members closely inspecting the work piece by piece when they were done...and then Chad came through and checked it again.
I absolutely LOVE the fence they built for me and I absolutely LOVED working with this company. I have zero complaints and TONS OF WONDERFUL COMPLIMENTS to offer on their work. I recommend them to everyone!
