I like that there local, affordable, they respond quickly. 

We met with Mark who was very friendly and extremely informative of the sprinkler systems and the differences in the way the installations work.  Mark explained that they did not use a 'vampire' type connection and the issues with this type of connection.  We walked the yard and I explained what I was thinking I wanted.  He offered very helpful suggestions and offered great insight on solutions to problem areas in the yard.  Mark then created a detailed plan with competitive pricing.  After we signed the agreement we waited for the installation.  The very late spring in 2014 caused delays in the installation.  When we were finally given an installation date the crew arrived on time and ready to work.  The 'foreman' reviewed what they were going to do - again walking my yard with me.  We agreed again on the plan (there was one minor change) and they started working.  They took great care as to not disrupt the yard more than what was needed.  They finished the installation and then spent time showing me how it worked and how to change the programming if I chose to do that.  They cleaned up the yard very well before they left.  I have to say that my yard looked better last year than it ever has.  I had Skip's Sprinklers do the blow out last fall and the turn-up again this spring.  Both times the crew were incredible and patient with my questions.  I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

My experience with them was excellent. They did a great job. It was perfect. I would use them again. I had no issues or concerns with them.

Good clear discussion and explanation of the installation techniques to provide a quality system that will have less maintenance problems than a system that has shortcuts on the installation details. This was reviewed during the meeting to obtain a quote.
A large, and knowledgeable work crew arrived as scheduled, worked hard for a full day and completed the installation.
Good followup two weeks later to address a blockage in the controller for one of the zones, and the addition of a head in one location.
Workers explained how the head types worked, and the Supervisor explained the setup and operation of the time clock.
Very pleased with the workmanship and the installation.

They suggested turning on the sprinklers at a different time and it turns out to be working well. The workers that came out were all nice guys. I would use them again.

They even installed a fertilizer system with the sprinkler system.

I have had a great relationship with this company the last three years until this summer. I requested a new zone to be added to my system. Two different company representatives quoted me on two occasions at about $500 to do the job. The job did not go as they planned. They had trouble connecting to the current system and was taking longer that they anticipated. No one informed me that this extra time or work would be billed on top of the $500 quote. After two days of work it was completed. Two days later, I noticed that one of my original zones was not working. This was the first time I had problems in the three years I've owned the home. I called to complain and question why a day after you added a zone, another is not working. I requested to speak to the owner, Mark, and was told he would contact me. They sent out a crew to fix the problem and they said Mark would call me. Mark never called me, but I got a bill for $1,250. Quite different from the $500 quote. Still not resolved.
