Everything went perfectly. They showed up on time, were very courteous and professional. The work they did was done very efficiently, and neatly. They cleaned up after the job, and left us completely satisfied. They consulted with us as the work progressed, so that there were no misunderstandings. The price was reasonable; in line for what you would expect to pay for good, professional work. Outstanding in all respects!

I called Rivertown Electric at 9:30am after discovering a problem with a couple of outlets in the kitchen and family room.  One outlet impacted the range top and the other one impacted the main TV.  That's no way to live!

As promised Rich from Rivertown Electric arrived at our place early in the afternoon, and after a small amount of troubleshooting, he was able to track down and fix the issue.  He explained everything in careful detail, and I was impressed by his level professionalism. 

I won't hesitate to contact Rivertown Electric the next time I'm in need of an electrician, and they'll be the first provider I recommend when others ask me for a referral.

It all went well.  One ceiling fan went in our living room which there was not current fixture or wiring for so they ran wire for it and hung brackets and box accordingly.  The other ceiling fan was simply a replacement so they took down the old and installed the new one.  The lighting fixture they installed was also just a simple replacement to update from the old one but was in the main entry way to the split level home so had to work on a tall ladder to reach.  The door bell was simply a replacement from old to new.  Also ran wire for outlet for bedroom tv.  The biggest challenge for them was running cable tv through interior walls to wire up cable in the places we wanted.  They had to "fish" the cable in creative ways to get all the outlets set up the way we wanted them.  Everything worked out great and I would use them again. 
Team of 2 guys about a day and half to complete.  The longest aspect was running cable line for the TV's since the home didn't have any current cable tv outlets.  

Great people to work with, very professional and personable. The quality of the work is fine, but on the high end of pricing in comparison to other companies.

The problem was not a breaker - it must have been something else - and they came and fixed the situation. I have an older house, and they pretty much gave me an update on some of the things that were needed to be done. They did fix the problem and did not even charge me. It is a possibility that he was looking for further business from me, but I think it was just a simple fix. He was looking at getting more business rather than just trying to get a few bucks right away. The experience was outstanding. It was a father-and-son team that came to do the work. The father seemed to be extremely informative on everything and explained most of everything to me. He knew what he was talking about and was up-to-date on codes and other such things; he was pretty much adamant on not doing anything unless it was up to code. They were right on time and provided prompt service; they came within an hour. I would use them again in the future; in fact, he sent me an estimate via email of a three-part section and what would be affordable to get done within a section, because it obviously would cost a lot of money to get things done in the whole house.

Patrick was very professional, experienced and friendly. He came out the same night I called to provide an estimate. He and Frank did the work on relatively short notice, because I wanted to have it done before adding insulation to the attic. They were right on time, efficient and didn't leave a mess. After getting two other quotes for the same work, I can definitely say the price was right, too.

Very well, it was nerve-wracking not knowing what was causing our problems and we thought we'd have to tear out all of the new electrical work in the remodeled kitchen, but Pat and Frank spent hours here on a Sunday, located the problem and worked very professionally with Xcel to get the problem fixed. We are so relieved! They even gave us a discount!
