Mister Sparky Hastings

Farrah was great! I received a text, with her picture, when she was on the way. I like this because I know who is coming to my door. We had great conversations and she taught me a bit about outlets while she was performing her tasks. I will call Mr. Sparky in the future when I have electrical work that need to be done!

One person comes out and it takes about an hour. They are very professional and customer oriented. They respect your house and wear shoe covers. They leave the area perfect. They are very friendly.

Service went well. We have an annual contact. Every year they provide an inspection of all electrical in our home including smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, electrical outlet, electric panel, whole house surge protector, etc.yhey provide a pretty thorough checklist that is completed and will address any other issues if needed. Always prompt, wear foot covers in the home. Very satisfied.

I called at 10:00 am and explained what I needed. The Lady asked when would you like to get this done. Advised her sooner than later. She stated Jeremiah could be here between 2 and 6 pm. Told her that would be great.
Jeremiah from Mr Sparky came at 2:10 pm put on his yellow shoes covering and we went over the installation. Was completed in about an hour everything was cleaned up even took the boxes and the old lamps. All I had to do was turn on the lights. Did exactly what I needed. Would use them again when I need electrical work.

The electrician from Mister Sparky came to my new house and did a thorough inspection. He was courteous, friendly with our dogs, and very professional. He showed us a few safety concerns, and was honest about what I could take care of myself. I really appreciated that he didn't engage in any high pressure sales tactics.

The worker that came out did the whole electrical inspection of our house.  He then indicated that we need a whole new electrical panel in our basement.  According to him, the set up we had was a danger and we were close to burning the house down.  We were concerned, but it is quite costly to do that type of work so we decided to get another opinion.  After we had a couple other electricians come out that we had never used before, we were told that it was not a danger at all.  The mentioned that they didn't necessarily like how it was set up, but there was not anything dangerous about it at all.  They are very responsive and punctual, but as a result of this, we have to question the integrity of the company.

I really like working with them - Dan in particular - because they have no surprises pricing.  They arrive when they say they will and do the work well.

Called Mr. Sparky at 7:00AM - to inform them of our need, they called back at 8:00AM to let us know someone would be coming at 9:00 AM, who arrived promptly at 9:00AM. Jim Parrish, the electrician involved, did a great job of tracking down a very hard-to-find problem (that totally eluded my efforts to find), explained what had gone wrong and why, made the repairs, and re-installed all of the cover plates and fixtures that he had to remove while diagnosing the problem.
