Excellent!! Your Technician, Jake Swenson came today, very timely! He fixed my sprinkler heads, dug dirt & grass and put everything back perfectly! Big roots from my trees had broken one of the pipes, creating a bad leak. Jake is very skilled, fast & knowledgeable. He also went out of his way to help me move dirt & put everything back together again so I won't have to seed the grass!! Please give this man a raise! Good people are hard to find.

TERRIBLE customer service.  Seems to be their way or no way type of enterprise!
I tried to book a winterizing appointment for early November (this was over two weeks in advance)...they could give me one day with a 5 hour time range for service on a day that I will be out of town, so now I have to try to find someone to house sit and wait for them.  I requested November 5 when I'm back from a trip and was told they didn't know if they would be available that day.
I'm probably stuck for this year...next year they're being replaced!  Customer Service Rep was one of those "I talk nice on the phone but screw you anyway" types.  Not impressed.
I'm sure they're very busy...but last time I checked it was the customers dollars keeping them operating.

The Spring startup went well overall. I had one sprinkler head that wasn't working and the person doing the startup didn't have the parts with him to replace it. He told me he'd left a note for his counterpart/coworker to follow up on it. A month later the flag was still there. So I called the company and someone came out and replaced/repaired it. Unfortunately it was not made clear to me that I did not need to be at home for this, nor did anyone ring my doorbell to let me know someone had come out. So I wasted an entire afternoon waiting around when I didn't have to. I called them again to find out whether this was taken care of when the window of time given me had expired, and it had been taken care of. The winter blowout went without incident.

Got an estimate from the owner Al. He was personable and got me in on the schedule quickly. The price was reasonable to another estimate I got. He showed up with his crew on time, and the work was done quickly. Here are the things that could have been better. First, when Al laid out the sprinkler system, he just kind of walked around and stuck flags where he thought a sprinkler head should go. There didn't seem to be a lot of thought put into it. Maybe he just has a really good eye. Then, when digging a trench for a line to be buried, he cut my neighbors line. When his workers left, I had to go out and pick up their bottles and cans of drinks where they threw them. And finally, I had to go back out and adjust all of the sprinklers. I had to have someone come back out to adjust one sprinkler which was installed crooked. The system is now working great, so I might be being picky. It just felt like they were in a hurry to get the job done so they could move on to the next one. I might use them again, but I would talk to some of the other installers, too.

Al and his crew were right on time and finished the job in less than 3 hours, start to finish. I was very impressed with their work and time management. After getting several bids, I chose Midwest because they were the most professional and Al didn't undersell himself to get the job and stands by his work. They are worth every penny!!
