He said he would stop by to look at the job and get back with my in a few days. I never heard anything.

I?ve called him 3 times since then with no return call. I?m now seeking a refund from Angie?s List.

Mac's Improvements' price point stood out the most to me. His price is significantly lower than anybody else. One thing to note is you get what you pay for. Mac's will adjust their prices as the project goes along, he will raise the price if the project is harder than he originally thought, I came away not satisfied. Mac's lacked professionalism and there was no quality to their work.

He was professional and punctual. He was cheaper than the other bids. He worked from 7am to 7pm. He actually came out on a Saturday for me and I appreciated that. He moved the existing door and put in the new one. He spent good quality time to make sure things were fine.
