He explains what he will do and listens to what we like and there is no problem working with him.  When he used his bobcat machine he put down large sheets of plywood to drive over to protect the lawn.  He makes sure everything is level.  I even saw him using a rake to clean off some gravel pieces in the grass. He said he does it right the first time and that is how it should be. More people should be like him and his workers.
