My wife and I bought a house in December. We ran the heater for the remainder of the winter. The next fall, the heater didn't work and we called to get it fixed. I called about 3:00 pm and was told they could come out in the morning. The next morning, I was called and told they would not come until later in the day and that I would have to leave a key for them. About a half hour later they called again and said they were on there way. The person who came to my house was a little "turse" and criticized me for the years of neglect on the heater in the house I hadn't owned a year. But he got the job done in a little over two hours.
