GARY SPENT A GOOD THREE HOURS AT THE HOUSE LOOKING AT EVERY NOOK AND CRANNY. AS I WENT ALONG WITH HIM, HE MADE VERY GOOD SUGGESTIONS FOR HOW TO FIX SOME OF THE ITEMS NEEDING FIXING (AND THERE ARE A LOT OF THEM). HE'S GOT A PORTABLE WORKSTATION, MAKING USE OF TODAY'S TECHNOLOGY, WHICH ALLOWED ME TO WALK AWAY FROM THE HOUSE WITH A COMPLETE COPY OF THE INSPECTION REPORT. GARY WORKS IN CONSTRUCTION, ALSO, SO HE KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE NEEDING HOME INSPECTION.
