When I met with Mr. Gilkerson to price out the work to be done and get a sense of how he planned to address the job, I had my doubts because of his age; he is in his early 20's and owns the company. However, as he reviewed the work, he addressed every concern I had before I even mentioned them as if they were his own. He knew EXACTLY how to address a difficult job from the start. On the day of the work, it was Mr. Gilkerson who did almost all the work (he did do all the cutting involving tree climbing) with only a few helpers to address the debris.
