We had a patio door removed and replaced with a window and another window added on the same wall for balance. The windows our builder provided are so cheep that when the wind blows the screens blow out. When I complained about the quality he just said to bend the metal clamps on the side. This didn't fix the problem. He didn't do any of the finishing work and left varnishing and painting to for us to do. I thought that would have been included in the $2,000.00 price.
