We hired All Season in Oct 2012 and still to this day we are still dealing with issues. The work that was performed to this point looks like we could have hired a 12 year old and it would look this way. We had to babysit the workers everyday and when we didnt make sure of everything going on we were calling Dennis(owner) daily with issues and always were assured it would be okay and anything that was wrong would be fixed and we would be happy. It all started with specific instructions on "Green Glue"(at $260 per 5 gallon bucket the stuff isnt cheap) we were providing to sound proof the living room. It is as simple as using something similar to a caulk gun and squirting on drywall sheets. WITH paper instructions AND my husband going down there and specifically telling them what they needed to do we went down after they left for the day and the used not even half of a 5 gallon bucket where according to the directions they should have used 2 buckets (5 gallon each) with the green glue you do it right or you dont do it at all. So it was basucally like we didnt use any. They did come and tear down 2 layers od sheetrock and re-do/replace all sheetrock. But they didnt even do it right the 2nd time WITH the owner there helping and supervising!! They left gaps all over and the POINT of sound proofing is to have no gaps for the sound to escape. We can see tape lines in the ceilings and walls from the tape and mud job that was done. Still screws popping thru, 6 panel closet doors we bought($1200 worth) were cut with the incorrect blade and now have chips out of the bottoms, our entertainment center has chips out of it in numerous areas, they moved our $2500 gun safe(we told them we would move it but as always waited til last minute to come do it so they ended up doing it and this was the very reason we didnt want them to touch it) they scratched it and knocked out light blubs in the process and now wont replace the safe as he promised it would be taken care of, We have numerous scratches in our $5000 theater seating because they would lay their tools on it , even though we asked them many times not to, a door that was installed is only attached to the frame on one side,The room that is finished and trimed out there is a gap above the door, split trim. The list goes on and on. The owner has been less than willing to communicate and get this resolved. They have been "done" since the week before thanksgiving(which was almost 2 months past when it was said it would be done due to just not showing up or showing up for a few hours and then leaving) It is now April 17 and we are being more than fair and are asking for what we have been promised yet we are told he will come up with something and we never hear back from him. We have to end up calling him and asking what he came up with and it is always nothing. We are fed up and have given him every fair chance to make this right. If this was his house and this work was done the way our basement looks he would be just as upset. We have to now start over and hire someone else to come in and re tape and mud and finish misc things they didnt do or did quick just to get it done and tooks terrible. Ive had a few contractors come look at the work and they cannot believe someone would leave someones home like this and have their company name associated with that kind of work. We are now looking at $3836 to replace the safe plus another $150 to haul the old one of our home, $1800-2200 to have someone else come in and fix everything they messed up and re tape and mud, the entertainment center is going to cost us $350 to have it fixed, scratches in theater seating we just have to deal with, the green glue we will have to buy to replace the stuff they had to tear down and just throw in the dumpster,(we need it to seal around the doors into the living room, outlets, can lights etc) and not to mention the headache this has caused my husband and I. We made the biggest mistake for choosing All Seasons Renovations our project. We have never felt so scammed and mis treated by any company. We have built a barn and hired many contractors over the years and have never had something like this happen. We will be taking our pictures, emails, documents, and daily log of issues to court to redeem some of these costs. We are looking at almost 7k just in fixing the damages and hiring someone else and yet he still wants US to pay him something because he" does not want to come out of pocket anymore on this project". I guess that is something he should have thought about when we called him everyday with a new issue or something else damaged yet he still sent the same guy back because he quote "had a more important job he needed to supervise" WOW!

We were completing a large backyard patio/landscaping project and among those things wanted to add stairs to our existing deck, and rebuild the stairs on our front porch. We had Dennis (the owner) meet with our concrete contractor to discuss design/location of stairs and concrete patio/retaining walls before the project started. Dennis was extremely knowledgeable and gave us great suggestions regarding our project. Even when a design mistake was made by our concrete contractor, they stepped up and redesigned the deck stairs to make it work. We had trouble with our concrete contractor, ended up having to hire someone else to finish that work and Dennis was very patient with us. It took us 3 months to complete the concrete project so he could resume the deck and porch stairs. All Seasons kept us up to date on anticipated work and completion dates and always came when they were supposed to. They were highly professional throughout the entire process. Even though we didn't have them do a lot of work, the work they did was excellent! I wish we would have had them build a whole new deck, but it wasn't in the budget this time! We will use them again, and highly recommend them to others!
