AMAZING! Dennis came out, drafted a list of recos to which we agreed a staged approach. Then we aligned on a date which was at a time when we'd be away on vacation. Dennis said we'd be very happy with the nice deck we'd find upon our return and he was right. Simply astounding work! And fantastic disposition. A++++

It went GREAT!  Dennis is very professional.  He brought samples of materials where others did not.  He answered all my crazy questions and had knowledge of local building codes.  He also was very accommodating to my schedule (I wanted to clean & stain the parts of the deck which were not replaced), and he provided some excellent advice and ideas on how to stabilize/strengthen the deck.
To save money on the project, I did the tear off of the deck boards myself.  With this extra savings, I was able to upgrade the material used for replacement.  At the last minute, I decided to replace the spindles, and Dennis was very reasonable on the installation charge for that.
So after about 5 weeks of my work, Dennis and his crew took 4 hours to put it all together, and the results are outstanding!  Cannot wait to buy furniture and start using this space.

Dennis was punctual and the work performed was very professional. He cleaned up the area and we were very happy with the results. We would definitely hire him again and highly recommend him.
