Extremely well done

I needed replacement windows (double hung) for old casement windows. I went online to research different window manufacturers and chose Lindsay Windows out of North Mankato, Minnesota. I was referred to Twin City Window ( http://www.twincitywindow.com ) In all of my 28 years of owning my home, Twin City Window is the most Professional and Legitimate company I have worked with. Mike, my contact for the initial home visit was very pleasant, informative and the encounter was very low stress. (No high pressure tactics). The windows I chose were custom windows, which took approx. 3 weeks and I was kept informed of the status by Mike via e-mail and phone throughout the process. The appointment was set up for installation and the installer Rick; arrived promptly and was also very professional and pleasant. The attention to detail and workmanship was of the utmost quality!  Overall, I could not have made a better decision on my choice of windows and as far as  Twin City Window, they will be receiving and further business I may have in the future. Twin City Window was much more honest than CRI. They were honest about the Lindsay Windows and quoted us a fair price. The installation team got the entire job done in one day and did a fairly good job. The only complaint I have is they didn't do as thorough of a job cleaning the window openings before installing new windows as I would have liked. They also didn't return my phone call when I had a leak happening at one of the windows which was resolved on my own. They responded claiming they returned with an email, but I don't think I got it. It's OK though. It was a good experience with them. I liked that they went over with us about the technicality of our windows thoroughly before leaving. They did a good job cleaning up before leaving. They seemed like a legitimate company and I hope the best for them.

We had nothing but a great experience with Rick Nyquist and Twin City Window Replacement, Co. Rick is extraordinarily friendly, responsive and empathetic. His product is superior, everything was installed perfectly and there was no debris of follow-up work necessary. But the topper is that his prices were unbelieveably lower than the other companies we had bid on the work, as much as 30% lower! I highly recommend Rick and Twin City Window Replacement and assure you you won't be disappointed!!
