The crew was extremely adapt at this dangerous job. It was enjoyable watching the skill and precision of their work. Very impressed. Right down to the cleanup, everything was done professionally.

After some study on tree pruning, I realized that my trees were neglected and in danger, and that I was unqualified to make the judgement calls on what to prune and what to leave. Jamie walked the site with me and explained what should be done to each tree and why. I have complete confidence in his decisions, and hope to have him back in 3 years for the next phase of pruning.

Found Jamie and his company through personal reference. Had other tree services come out for estimates. They were punctual, but.... "OK we'll cut this, grind it and here's our estimate/bill". Jamie walked into the backyard and immediately said, "there's no need to take the whole tree down, we can save it". Jamie is one of those guys who knows his business and keeps current by attending seminars, classes etc to stay up on info and techniques, etc.. Jamie was a wealth of information, gave me suggestions and then let me ultimately decide on what was to be done. No pressure sales!! The work was thorough and complete. (Jamie must be part primate the way he climbed around the trees while trimming!) Workers were all very polite and considerate of my property and the neighbor's as well. He was not hesitant at all to come to White Bear Lake, so don't let distance be a cause to not give him a call. I would very highly recommend these guys to anyone! He knows his stuff.
