WE HAVE MULTIPLE ANCIENT PHONE SYSTEMS AT OUR WORK PLACE AND WIRES RUNNING EVERYWHERE. IT'S A MESS! WE HAD ONE REPAIR GUY FROM ANOTHER COMPANY SAY IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO FIX THE PROBLEM, THREW UP HIS HANDS IN DISGUST AND WALKED AWAY. WE ASSUMED THE PROBLEM WAS HOPELESS. THE METRO PHONE SERVICE GUY CAME OUT AND WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT OUR ANCIENT SYSTEMS. HE FIGURED OUT A SOLUTION TO OUR PROBLEM AND GAVE US SOME IDEAS IF WE WANTED TO FIX IT OURSELVES. BEING A SMALL COMPANY, IT WAS GREAT TO HAVE THE ABILITY TO SAVE SOME MONEY AND DO THE REPAIRS OURSELVES. I WAS THOROUGHLY IMPRESSED WITH HIS PATIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE.

I WAS REALLY PLEASED TO FIND I DIDN'T HAVE TO HIRE THE PHONE COMPANY TO HOOK UP A PHONE LINE. WE DEFINITELY SAVED MONEY. THEY ALSO RESPOND TO E-MAIL REQUESTS FOR SERVICE AND INFORMATION.
