It took a number of calls to get someone out to do an estimate, and then to arrange for the work, but I was aware that I'd be low on the priority list since the job was so small. It would have been great if Lusian had initiated the communication instead of me having to call to get updates. However, the work, once done, was excellent quality.

Our general recommended Lusian Stucco Professionals (pronounced Lew-Shen) for our major remodel. We were worried that all the stucco patching our project would require would be obvious and degrade from the final appearance of our home. We couldn't be more pleased with the results. Steve and his crew did an awesome job matching the existing stucco in several dozen locations where we just patched the stucco. In two areas were new stucco was being added, I can't tell the difference between the new stucco and the redashed stucco next to it. Having grown up in a construction family, I kept a close eye on how Steve and his crew detailed the water shedding house wrap before the stucco went on the house. Again, they did a great job making sure that the house wrap was shingle lapped and taped properly around the windows and doors without me having to question any of their techniques. On two exterior faces of our home, we redashed to freshen the appearance. Here too, Steve and his crew did an excellent job. Steve came out on a weekend to help us choose a stucco color we wanted, and was even game to drive around our neighborhood with us to see the color that we were wanting. He was able to match the color we wanted exactly. Steve, the owner, was on the job site for most of the project and wasn't afraid to get his hands dirty. His wife (I forget her name) runs the business side of the family business (scheduling, billing, etc.). His crew seemed upbeat, friendly, and appeared to enjoy working together. I don't know the exact cost of the project because it was billed through our general contractor, but I recall some of the early estimates in the bid as being moderate. Based on our results, I would say the cost was more than fair. When we decided to add the redashing of the second side of our house (not part of the original bid), Steve gave us a great price. If you're doing any patching or redashing of Stucco, I recommend Lusian Stucco Pro's!

Everything went really well. I'm very pleased with the work that they've done. They were very professional, courteous and quick. They got everything done in a timely manner. I would use them again in the future and recommend them to others as well.

Steve Lusian came over and gave me a nice bid and told me he could do the job within the next couple of days. It was a good price, and I asked for him to put it in writing. A few days passed and nobody showed up and I didn't get a bid in the mail. My job was very small so it ended up taking a back seat, which is OK, but as there were more and more delays, I started to wonder if it was ever going to happen. When it eventually was ready to happen, we also had a disagreement over what the bid included (which wouldn't have been an issue if it had been in writing like I'd requested). Ultimately, he did the work and I am satisfied, and I would hire him again if the date of completion were totally unimportant. I do have to say, I felt he was an honorable businessperson, and skilled at what he does. I am giving the company an A on professionalism because he honored his original price despite the disagreement, and I respect that. I have since recommended him to friends.

After they subcontracted a sand blasting company that did must destruction around my home, Lusian did not stand behind that work. Their excuse was they were all really bad, but it was the best they could find. With regards to the stucco, I now have chipping around the walls of my steps, and they also stuccoed over brand new concrete, all around the base of the house and inside the window wells. I am sorry I went with this company, it was a nightmare. I have contacted this company to see if the work could be fixed and I have not been called back.
