+ 0 moreWow. This is the right man for the job! I got 6 estimates before choosing J3. We went through about a 1/2 dozen rewrites of the contract before I signed it. I am SO picky and I asked a million questions. I can not overstate how good this experience was. Jerry went way beyond what was needed to get the job done. He helped me with several things that were not even part of the job. He did a great job of communicating all along the way. The job was done on time and on budget. All of the people who worked on the job were very professional and the end result is absolutely beautiful. It is exactly what I wanted. I am so glad I picked J3 to do this work, and I would (and will) recommend them to anyone who needs a contractor.
Description of Work: This was a remodel for an apartment that had been empty since 1985, including full kitchen remodel, wall and ceiling repairs, hardwood floor refinishing, exhaust fan installs, radiator install, and some miscellaneous plumbing and electrical. The kitchen remodel included gutting the entire area from floor to ceiling, installing new subfloor, cabinets, countertops, walls and ceiling, lighting, appliances, sink, faucet, garbage disposal.
