J3 Property Services is a local family owned company that has been serving the needs of our customers since 1996. In 2004 we expanded the services we offer to include handyman services, remodeling,and bobcat work. We are a licensed Minnesota building contractor and also carry all required insurances. Wow.  This is the right man for the job!  I got 6 estimates before choosing J3. We went through about a 1/2 dozen rewrites of the contract before I signed it.  I am SO picky and I asked a million questions.  I can not overstate how good this experience was.  Jerry went way beyond what was needed to get the job done.  He helped me with several things that were not even part of the job.  He did a great job of communicating all along the way.  The job was done on time and on budget.  All of the people who worked on the job were very professional and the end result is absolutely beautiful.  It is exactly what I wanted.  I am so glad I picked J3 to do this work, and I would (and will) recommend them to anyone who needs a contractor.
