Well, it went awesome, as usual! Randy installed a driveway for me in 1993, which is still going strong, though I have since sold that house. In the new house, I need a whole new driveway, but only had the funds for the apron this year. Hope to do the rest next year.

Randy came out and measured for a 2 foot apron. We chatted and caught up for a while. His estimate was very reasonable. After a couple of days, I was wondering if the apron could be brought out 4 more feet to meet the end of the concrete sidewalk. He re-estimated and again, the cost was very reasonable. He indicated the work could be done within 2 weeks. Well, the monsoons hit and I knew he would be delayed. I called a couple of weeks later to see when I might be on the schedule, and he assured me it would be done by the end of June.

Monday June 30, Randy showed up at 7 AM sharp (sorry about that, neighbors!) and started his work. By 11 AM, he was done! Looks great, and cannot wait until he can come back and finish the job next year.

I called them in early June. They came out and did an estimate right away for $400.00. They had me sign a contract that I would have the work done by them. I didn't hear from them for about a month so I called to ask when the work was going to be done. I was told in a condesending manner that they were very busy and didn't know when they would be able to do the job. I was taken back from this response and should have said something but was surprised at the response. I then called back in September. I told him I was not happy that this work was not done yet and he again told me how busy they were. He said he would call me back when they got their schedule done. He must have re-thought that answer because he called me back within 10 minutes and told me they would be out the next Tuesday. They did arrive that day and the work was done well.
They need to learn some customer service skills and better responsiveness. I will never sign a contract again without an installation date.

It is pretty ok. I am waiting for the winter to see how everything would go with the new concrete driveway. They are prompt and are very thorough. They have done a good job as far as cleaning up everything that they brought here for the concrete. They are very nice people to work with, they are very friendly and happy and they are just nice to work with. In terms of quality of work, there are slow spots in my driveway, that is why I am a little concerned but I do not think they can do anything about it. I would use their services again in the future.

. They were on time and they worked on a budget. Over the phone they were fine. I did not meet them.

Our asphalt driveway needed sealcoating. In addition to sealcoating, we wanted to build a concrete apron that would be attached to the garage floor. The construction company did very accurate, clean job. Everything went very well. No issues whatsoever.

Everything went well. Our new driveway looks great! John Caye, the sales rep, gave us an accurate quote, which was about $1,000 lower than our other 3 bids and addresses of past customers for reference and to view their work. Process took about 3 weeks from quote to finish, due to many rain delays this wet September. Crews showed up right on schedule.

It was a large job in 2 locations, there was a few things they missed or had to come and correct.This was over a 10,000.00 job I withheld 200.00 just to get them to come check a crack I wanted them to repair, I never heard from the until 11/29/06 when I received a certified letter in the mail saying I was being sued for the remaining balance of 250.00. I never received a bill saying I owed money just the certified letter. I think this is a horrible way of doing business. The certified letter was threatening legal action and mechanics lean on our home.

Overall very good, disappointed on their lack of cleanup.

RANDY IS VERY STRAIGHT FORWARD ABOUT HIS PROFESSION. HE POINTED OUT SOME THINGS THAT WOULD AFFECT THE PROJECT THAT THE OTHERS DID NOT MENTION. THE PRICE WAS NEAR THE LOWEST BID (WHICH I USUALLY GO TOWARD THE MIDDLE BIDS) BUT RANDY SEEMED TO KNOW MORE ABOUT HOW TO PERFORM THE PROJECT STAGING AND CONSTRUCTION QUALITIES. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THE PROJECT WENT VERY SMOOTHLY AND THE COMPLETED WORK IS EXCELLENT. I HAVE RECOMMENDED FAUE CONCRETE and ASPHALT TO MANY PEOPLE AND THEY HAVE ALL BEEN PLEASED WITH THE WORK. EVERY TIME I CALLED RANDY HE ANSWERED HIS PHONE TO TALK TO ME. I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE I COULD HAVE HIRED THE OTHER COMPANIES AT MUCH GREATER COST AND GOTTEN NO BETTER RESULTS.
