Work was fine. Price for the part was unsatisfactorily high. I could have bought the part for more than half what was charged.

I have been going to them for a long time. They work on my sons car. It took them two days to fix this last thing. That visit was a good one. Andy was my mechanic and he was great getting me in. Jordan the office manager was good about getting me in right away. I would use them again.

I was most impressed with the professionalism and courtesy by which Vicotry conducts themselves. Although we did not go through with the extensive repairs, opting to get rid of the vehicle due to all the issues, their estimates were fair and the experience dealing with them was one of trust. Here's hoping it's not too soon, but I will definitely use them in the future for all our repair needs.

Discovered that our windshield washer reservoir in our Honda Accord wouldn't hold fluid. We went to Victory and they diagnosed the problem as a leaky reservoir and would need to replaced. They tried several suppliers to obtain an aftermarket item without success. They were forced to order a Honda replacement. We were told that it would arrive the next business day and we could have it installed then for estimated cost of $250. WE left the car the next day, in a couple of hurs they called and said that when the expected the car on the lift, they found a loose hose and didn't need a new reservoir. Our total cost was $65.

I think they do a great job at Victory. In the past I always took the car to the dealer, but have found I can trust Victory to look after my car. Got my car in quickly for service, did it in the time frame estimated, no problems since. Thanks!

Had large crack in windshield that was beyond repair. Brought it in to Victory to have it replaced. They were prompt and did a great job. No leaks, wind noise or issues.

I was informed that the clunking was coming for the front (not sure of part) of the vehicle and because I they called around to see if it would be covered under warranty. Because they called around and we accurate in their diagnosis, it was fully covered under warranty and saved us hundreds of dollars. To me, this was a great example of honesty, which we all want in a dealership. I will continue brining my vehicles here for maintenance and repairs as needed.

Jason and Andy were great to work with. They diagnosed the problems with my car, sourced the parts and repaired the problems. They made my little blue roadster fun to drive again. I will definitely use them again.
