"Thanks [Member Name Removed]!!!"
"When a property is +1 acre and weeks overgrown it's near impossible to bid over the phone. To be fair to both parties it's better to view it first and/or mow it. The pricing will always be higher with longer grass and the fact that your home was going on the market soon and wasn't a long term agreement. After mowing it, at the end of our conversation I said my initial offer could be lowered by +25%. The disagreement came about when you realized a professional business such as ours mows weekly, and not on a call in basis. Our website does say what you discribed, but that means our weekly mowing clients may transition to biweekly mowings during periods of dry weather. All in all, your yard was serviced by myself and I know it was done very well, I even went over it twice because it was so long. Giving my business an F ranking on here over something so petty was pretty classless in my opinion. We've been in business for 15 years and mowed thousands of lawns, this is literally the first negative review I've ever received, that speaks for itself."
