The most important part of how the job went is the fact that we were charged for a permit which was never obtained. It wasn't until we had questions about the gutters/leaf guards, and not getting an answer if there was a permit, that we contacted the city to find the permit status as "abandoned". Frustrating and shady business practices.

Steve and I met after the storm by accident which turned out to be a positive for both of us. He was best/low bidder on the repair and performed all the repairs promptly and with great communication. He also corrected another plumbing roof vent problem caused by another roofing company the previous year with out charge. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend his firm for any home repair or remodel.
