We dropped off our 2 year old 75lb Airedale. We told the front person that our dog is friendly but doesn't like his nails being done, so if he's too anxious, don't do it.  When we made the appointment, we told them he's high energy and isn't a fan of bathing. We were told, essentially "No problem".  We picked him up, he looks like ****! There's bare spots in some places and high sports in others! He's got a big scrape on his left shoulder is gimpy when he walks. They did not do the nails and charged us  a $10 fee for "having to muzzle him".  He's never bitten anyone.  So, not only did they not bathe him, or do his nails and did a horrific job, they charged us extra.  We would have been significantly happier if they'd just stopped, called/left a message  with us and said "This isn't working, so we're going to leave him be..."  He was so traumatized, he came home and slept for 5 hours... He NEVER does that.  We certainly won't be back! They might be okay for small dogs, but I'd be very hesitant if you have a big dog...
